COVID-19 Update - Important Information About Changes To Our Services
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for bearing with us through this difficult period. COVID-19 has transformed many aspects of our lives, from where we work to how we rest and play. We will now be processing our orders at reduced capacity and we apologise for any inconvenience.
We have temporarily reduced the stock available on our website to our retail customers. We will be posting our retail orders three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please remember that the postal service is not completely back to normal so remember to allow a few days extra to receive your delivery. For the time being we can no longer guarantee 2-3 days delivery. We will continue to review this process and hope to return our services back to normal as soon as possible.
Our trade customers will have full access to all our products on our website. Please note that our suppliers will be working at a reduced capacity due to social distancing restrictions, so fulfillment times will be significantly delayed. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed.
