Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are our way of showing our appreciation and thanking you for shopping with Razammataz. Your points are automatically added to your account when you shop with us and can be redeemed towards future purchases.

The value of 1 loyalty point is 10p.  You will earn 10 loyalty points for every £1 you spend. For example you will earn £5.50 worth of loyalty points if your shopping totals £55.00, (excluding postage costs).

You will need to create an account with us and be logged in to redeem your loyalty points. This will enable us to deduct or add the relevant points to your account.  Any points available to spend will be shown in the checkout section where they can be redeemed towards your purchase. Select the 'use points' box and click 'update basket'.  Your loyalty points discount will then be applied to the total of your order.

You will not be able to redeem your points in conjunction with a discount code.  Your loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they have been added to your account and must be redeemed within this timescale. Your loyalty points will be adjusted accordingly on purchases that have been returned and where payment has been refunded.

There is no minimum to the amount of loyalty points you can spend on one purchase.  Please note that they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.

We regularly hold promotions offering bonus loyalty points for our account holders and mailing list subscribers.
