Returns & Refunds

Our returns & refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the original price excluding any delivery charges. Alternatively, you may exchange the item for another to the same monetary value. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition for resale. If a returned item was purchased using a discount/voucher code, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

You will not be entitled to a refund of the postage costs for returning the items to us. We will only refund postage costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error, or if the item is damaged. For items that have been damaged or lost in the post, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund. You will be expected to wait until Royal Mail's timescales have passed before the item can be considered lost, and a postage claim can be initiated.

Personalised cards, items, and cards using our Card Writing Service cannot be returned. You may cancel an order for personalised items at any time prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel a personalised order you must inform us immediately to enable us to stop the printing process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you within 5 working days. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method. We will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the post. We strongly recommend obtaining a free certificate of postage or a trackable service from the Post Office when returning an item.
